Lithotherapy description and virtues

The Azureite and Malachite are hydrated Copper Carbonates. The Azurite is an unstable mineral that can be transformed into Malachite by the phenomenon of pseudomorphosis into oxidant. The Azurite has an intense king blue while the Malachite has an enchanting green range. These minerals often form together in copper deposits and associated oxidation zones. Great specimens of Azureite Malachite can be found in Morocco, Australia and Russia. Historically, Azurite has been used primarily as a blue pigment in paintings, while Malachite was used mainly for the manufacture of jewellery, sculptures and ornaments. From the natural fusion of these two minerals results a unique and fascinating stone, harmoniously combining their energetic virtues.

Associated with the Chakra of the 3rd Eye, the Azureite would promote telepathy, lucid dreams and astral travel. It would encourage the healing of the etheric body and the Spirit while stimulating creativity and imagination. The Azureite symbolizes intuition and meditation.

Malachitis has been used for millennia to relieve pain, boost energy defenses and heal emotional wounds. Associated with the Chakra du Coeur, Malachite symbolizes health, rebirth and protection.

Precautions and maintenance of the Azureite Malachite

To maintain the quality of your Azurite Malachite, we recommend that you avoid contact with chemicals, including perfumes and cosmetics. Due to its copper content, it is preferable not to expose to water or moisture, especially over a long period of time. Also avoid thermal shocks or prolonged sun exposure. To clean it, use a soft, dry or slightly moistened cloth if necessary, taking care to dry it properly.
