Septaria is a nodule mainly composed of Calcite, Aragonite and clay. This unique stone formed in the Cretaceous era (145 to 66 million years), most often in mares or clay layers. It often forms in association with other minerals such as Quartz, Dolomie, Baryte, Pyrite and Gypsy, or sometimes fossils such as Ammonites. Madagascar, Morocco, France and the USA are among the most productive Septaria deposits.
In lithotherapy, Septaria is considered a stone of anchoring and rooting on the Earth, stimulating our inherent capacities of spiritual self-healing. His ancestral energies are known to help channel emotions and unblock energy blockages. Nicknamed the "Pierre du Dragon", the Septaria is also known for cleaning and releasing karmic memories. By helping to neutralize the negative impact of our past actions, it would promote an emotional balance and well-being in the present and in the future. Linked to the Racine Chakra, Septaria would improve patience, tolerance and self-control. It symbolizes transformation and liberation.
To preserve the beauty and quality of the Septaria, it is recommended to avoid thermal shocks, prolonged exposure to the sun, as well as contact with chemicals or cosmetics. To clean it, the use of a soft hair brush or a slightly humidified cloth is recommended.
