Online sales of natural rough gemstones and minerals.

Article 3: Products

In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, all characteristics and information related to the products — such as weight, color, dimensions, and price — are provided on the product page. The photos and videos of each product are contractual (except for bracelets marked as "non-contractual photos").

The gemstones and rough minerals we offer are natural. Any treatments applied will be specified in the description of the relevant product.

For gemstones, an authenticity certificate can be issued at the buyer's expense. You may use the contact form if needed.

Article 4: Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€), VAT not applicable.

Article 5: Secure Payment Methods

Payments by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and check are accepted.

For payments made by credit card or PayPal, immediate payment is required upon order confirmation. PayPal fees are not charged to the buyer.

A 72-hour window is granted for payments made by bank transfer or check. The order will be shipped once payment is received. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, the order will be cancelled.

An invoice is automatically sent by email once the order is confirmed.

Credit card payments are processed through an official Crédit Agricole payment module. During the online transaction, a security code will be sent to you to validate the payment (3D Secure option).

In case of payment failure after order receipt (e.g., bounced check, bank refusal), the item must be returned in its original condition as soon as possible.

Article 6: Shipping

Carrier: Deliveries are made by La Poste.

Shipping fees: Actual shipping costs are applied based on weight, except during specific promotions.

Delivery time in mainland France: 2 to 3 business days after payment receipt, except in case of exceptional carrier delays.

International delivery time: 4 to 10 business days after payment receipt, except in case of exceptional carrier delays.

Each order is carefully prepared by our team. We use bubble envelopes or quality recyclable boxes suited to each item to ensure its safety during transport.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L 121-6 to L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us of your decision by sending an email to the following address: contact@charliesgems.fr. Your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent before the withdrawal period expires for it to be valid.

We will proceed with a full refund of your order as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice, provided that the returned product has been received by Charlie's Gems. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer if they exercise their right of withdrawal.

Charlie’s Gems will not be held responsible for any damage to a product caused by improper use by the customer.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the rights to inquire, access, modify, object to, and correct your personal data.

When placing an order, you will need to provide information such as your name, address, and contact details to process the shipment. This information will be accessible in your customer account by entering your username and password. You have the ability to correct any errors in the data entry at any time.

This data will be included in our customer database to facilitate transactions and foster customer loyalty. It will be secured with a password and retained for the duration of the company's activity. If you do not wish your data to be kept in our database, please contact us to have your information anonymized.
